Don’t lose any question from your users

If the Chatbot can’t properly answer and the operator is not available, the users will be asked to leave their e-mail address directly through the chat, to be contacted again later.

The requests and the e-mail addresses are gathered in the Notification section accessible from the Control Panel. From there, you can manage every question and, if necessary, export the e-mail addresses list for your marketing activities.
